During the 2023 ODI World Cup, Rachin Ravindra, a batter from New Zealand, continued his impressive run of form by scoring another century. At 82 balls, this century was also the quickest by any New Zealand player in World Cup history.
He also recorded the fourth-highest partnership in World Cup history with Devon Conway, which enabled his team to defeat the reigning champions. Rachin Ravindra became the second-youngest hitter in the history of the ODI World Cup to reach 500 runs on November 4, 2023, after Sachin Tendulkar.
