The actress who has been concentrating on her health , recently shared a video of her trying out cryotherapy. Cryotherapy is a procedure that involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures for a brief period, sharing the video on her Instagram stories, she captioned it as “ Recovery”. She also shared a not on how cryotherapy helps an individual, it helps in stimulating the immune system, improves blood circulation and triggers release of hormones. A few months ago actor Anil Kapoor had shared his picture of trying Cryotherapy, as he was undergoing body transformation for his two films Animal and Fighter. In Fighter he plays a 45 year old Air Force Officer.
